Appropriate Referrals:

  • Patient age 18+
  • Patients who are not actively in crisis, at imminent risk, or in frequent crisis
  • Patients with functional impairment causing problems with work, relationships, school, or other aspects of life
  • Patients with diagnoses or symptoms of: depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder
